Binny Talib is a textile and surface-pattern designer whose playful illustrations have been used for children's clothing and toys, books, album covers and greeting cards. She studied Visual Communications and has worked as creative art director for a digital media agency.

Tarrant, Margaret
Margaret Winifred Tarrant (1888-1959) initially sought to make her career as an art teacher, but, doubting her teaching abilities, she became a full-timewatercolour painter and illustrator specialising in children's books. In 1908 she was commissioned to illustrate Charles Kingsley's The Water Babies; following this first success she went on to illustrate over twenty books for Harrap. In 1920 Tarrant began to work for The Medici Society on a regular basis, designing countless postcards, prints, books, cards, pamphlets and calendars. .....

She has written and illustrated numerous books for many international publishers and her paintings are frequently exhibited in London galleries. Over the past twenty years Annie Tempest has worked for all the major national newspapers and life-style magazines and has had numerous collections of her work published. In 2009 the Cartoon Art Trust awarded her the Pont Prize for the Portrayal of the British Character. She has had eighteen one-woman shows in the UK and overseas. Annie created the 'Westenders' strip for the Daily Express in the 1980s, the 'Yuppies' strip for the Daily Mail during the late '80s and early 90s. .....

Carol Thompson has illustrated over thirty titles, many of which she has also written, and has been published worldwide. Her awards include the Mother Goose Award and the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Gold Award (USA). Carol lives with her family in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, a small town in England.
Trevelyan Oman, Julia
Julia Trevelyan Oman was one of the great film, theatre and television designers of the 20th century. Among the many honours she received during her lifetime were the CBE and an honorary doctorate from the University of Bristol. She was married to the historian and garden writer Sir Roy Strong. She died in 2003.
