Lucia deLeiris

Lucia deLeiris is an American painter who has exhibited her work widely throughout the US. A zoologist by training, she combines science and art in her work. The illustrator of Natural History of the Antarctic Peninsular, her work for children includes posters for National Geographic, two Dover Colouring Books, and classroom materials for the US Department of Fish and Wildlife.
