This Bodleian Library Diary 2012 is illustrated with images from the John Johnson Collection of Printed Ephemera. The sporting theme brings together colourful images of a wide range of games and sports including tennis, croquet, cricket, wrestling, swimming, riding, cycling and archery. The images originally appeared on an array of printed advertisements, scraps, labels, prints, games etc from the mid nineteenth to early twentieth centuries.



The diary is a week to a view and illustrated in colour throughout. It is also available in a pocket format.
